To celebrate a successful year with Jim Donnelly's Improve Your Snooker Academy a new yearly tournament was held between Jims pupils from Scotland and a team of pupils from the North of England. This was a free day to celebrate the successes some of the players have had over the last year. Pictured below are some of the participants in the match.

The eventual winners were the Scotland Academy, based in Glasgow, who managed to beat their English counterparts 12 matches to 6.

The day was a great success and everyone enjoyed being there and being able to play.
